Method 1: Via MyiTero.com
Log in to your MyiTero.com account.
Click on the "Settings" page and then "My Labs".
Click the "Add Lab" button.
Search for Northstar Dental Studio, northstardentalstudio@gmail.com, our lab is also #9248 and click "Search".
Click the "Connect" button next to our name and confirm the addition when prompted.
"pending" will appear next to our name until it is fully connected.
Method 2: Via the iTero scanner
On the scanner's home screen, select "Find a Laboratory".
Follow the on-screen prompts to search for Northstar Dental Studio.
Method 3: Contact support
If you cannot find the lab online, contact iTero Support.
Provide them with the our lab name and address.
Have information ready such as your scanner's serial number.
They can establish the connection for you.
Step-by-step DS Core instructions
Log in: Go to DS Core and log in with your practice account credentials.
Navigate to Practice: Click on your initials in the top right corner, then select Practice.
Go to Preferred Labs: Click on the Preferred Labs tab in the header menu.
Add a new lab: Click the Add Preferred Lab button.
Search for the lab: In the search bar, type the name of the lab you want to add and press search.
Confirm the addition: Select the correct lab from the search results and click the blue Add lab button to confirm.
Verify: The lab should now appear in your list. After a few hours, it will show as "connected" and be available for orders.
Steps to connect to Northstar
Open your 3Shape software and go to the lab connections or settings section. This is often found under a "More" or "Setup" menu.
Click the "Add connection" or "Add lab" button.
Search for Northstar Dental Studio or northstardentalstudio@gmail.com
Once the lab appears in the search results, select Northstar and send a connection request.
We will get a connection request, accept, then you will typically receive a notification once the connection is active.
